InterviewRTC directly connects users' devices - whether they have laptops or iPads - rather than sending signals via remotely located servers. It enables browser-to-browser applications for video interviewing, freeing up the interview experience from momentary buffer "jitters" and the need for any plugins, downloads or installs, including Adobe Flash Player
