Homes.com®, a leading online real estate destination, lifestyle resource and exclusive distribution channel of ForRent.com® listings, has released a new TV spot as part of the company’s first ever national advertising campaign. Focusing on everyday moments in the home, from celebrating with a birthday cake to unwinding with a glass of wine, the ‘Inspiring Home Moments’ campaign characterizes everyday items as the pieces that help narrate the stories and memories people create in a home.

ForRent.com customers’ advertisements and videos are now included on Homes.com Rentals, an exclusive distribution channel for apartment and rental home listings across the nation. Homes.com’s new national ad campaign will reach over 260 million consumers across targeted networks - meaning ForRent.com advertisers will benefit from dramatically increased reach to their rental listings.

“We are dedicated to expanding opportunities for our customers to be seen - with ForRent.com advertisements exclusively listed on Homes.com Rentals, we were able to increase the reach of our customers’ advertisements,” said Terry Slattery, president of ForRent.com and Homes.com. “Now, with the introduction of Homes.com’s national advertising campaign, our customers will receive the additional benefit of extensive reach across an even broader demographic.”

The new 30-second spot begins airing today on cable networks across the country including HGTV, TLC and DIY networks. The comprehensive ‘Inspiring Home Moments’ campaign also includes a number of interactive features to further connect with consumers and provide them with useful tips and tools.

“The ‘Inspiring Home Moments’ campaign complements TLC’s longstanding block of property programming and its commitment to celebrating life’s extraordinary, yet relatable moments,” said Fred Norris, vice president of national ad sales, Discovery Communications.

The compelling ‘Inspiring Home Moments’ spot was created by The Zimmerman Agency and filmed by the nationally acclaimed Greendot Films in Los Angeles. The TV spot can be viewed at Homes.com/TV or consumers can join the conversation on social media channels by using #HomeMoments.
