Furthers Strategy to Expand Capabilities, Keep Listening As Core Principle

Peppercomm, an award-winning strategic, integrated communications and marketing firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of five individuals as part of the firm’s strategy to expand its service offerings and capabilities, and keep the concept of listening to audiences as a core principle of its work:

  •     Sam Ford, director of audience engagement. Sam has been with the agency since 2008. Over the last five years, his role has evolved from a focus on social media strategy to a broader view of the intersection between brands and audiences, and how to develop and deliver content across multiple platforms. Through his vision of spreadable media, Sam will help develop and implement strategic programs that are informed by listening to clients’ audiences.
  •     Richard Ouyang, director of digital. In this role, Richard leads the firm’s digital service team that works on everything from website design/development and SEO/SEM to social networking and mobile. Richard has been with the firm since 2010.
  •     Matt Purdue, director of content strategy. Matt, a former editor of Worth magazine who has been with Peppercomm since 2007, will lead the effort to help agency clients build robust content strategies that enable storytelling. With more clients turning to Peppercomm for content development, Matt will play a crucial role in creating and curating spreadable media assets for clients.
  •     In addition, Peppercomm has promoted both Laura Bedrossian and Morgan Salinger to account supervisor.
