Flower Mound, TX (PRWEB) August 14, 2013 -- Jeff Brand of Jeff Brand & Associates RE/MAX DFW announced today that sales have increased 92% for the period January 1, 2013 through July 31, 2013 over the same period last year. Brand attributes the increase to several factors. “First of all, we have an outstanding sales team, most of whom are having their best year ever in real estate. Next, the local economy in the Greater Denton County Area is very strong. And last but not least, our full scale marketing and public relations campaign has led to a significant increase in business. The combination of television, direct mail, local and national press coverage and our client outreach programs have really driven business through the roof,” states Brand.
Brand is also very optimistic about the short term future for the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth Area. “Right now we have a unique combination of low interest rates, significant job growth and increased corporate re-locations to our area. As the economy continues to strengthen in and around many areas of Texas home values should continue to rise and activity should remain strong.”
