PCM of California, Inc. to Manage Corona’s Butterfield Estates Homeowners’ Association
Corona, CA (PRWEB) August 14, 2013 -- PCM of California, Inc. (PCM), an Associa company, has assumed management of the Butterfield Estates Homeowners’ Association, a 305-unit manufactured home community nestled here in the foothills of the Cleveland National Forest.
Butterfield Estates adds to an impressive list of new Riverside County accounts this year, further cementing PCM’s strong reputation as the leading provider of professional management services throughout the Inland Empire and Southern California.
“We’re excited to offer our management expertise and unsurpassed array of services to the residents of Butterfield Estates,” announced PCM’s CEO Donny Disbro.
“Throughout the Inland Empire and Southern California,” Disbro continued, “residents and association Board members are looking for a higher level of professional services, enhanced technology, sophisticated training resources and vendor management; PCM is recognized as the unsurpassed leader in each of these categories.”
As the property management company for Butterfield Estates, PCM will serve as the managing agent to the Association’s Board of Directors, providing budget guidance, state-of-the-art web and IT management and support services, project coordination as well as oversight of all vendors for various services such as landscaping and painting.
Established in 1983, Butterfield Estates is located adjacent to the Trilogy neighborhood in south Corona, California. The community features a community center, swimming pool and community park.
Butterfield Estates board members are looking to PCM to take the community to the next level.
“We chose PCM for its impressive track record and superior array of management, training and IT services that will result in tangible benefits for our residents,” said Bill Nicola, Butterfield Estates board member. “They’re already making a big difference in the short amount of time they’ve been in place so we look forward to a long and rewarding relationship.”
For PCM staff, which assumed management duties on July 15, 2013, the feeling is mutual.
“This is a wonderful, close-knit community with appealing active lifestyle features,” said PCM’s Alisa Toalson, Regional Vice President. “We look forward to working closely with their Board and residents to not only raise their home values but enhance their overall quality of life.”
