In a recent announcement, Axial Benefits Group Managing Partner Kevin O’Keefe has agreed to speak at McLane Law Firm’s Business Workshop on how businesses can minimize the impact of the Affordable Care Act. Topics will include how to design health plans that avoid penalties, determining if compliance will be more costly than dropping coverage, new nondiscrimination rules, as well as a brief overview of the latest state developments including the status of exchanges.
