Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Adam M. Foslid Joins Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami

Foslid, a shareholder with the Litigation Practice Group at international law firm Greenberg Traurig, has joined the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami. In this role, Foslid will help support the organization’s mission to improve lives and communities by providing low-income families with affordable homeownership opportunities.

Based at Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office, Foslid concentrates his practice on complex commercial and business litigation in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels throughout the United States. He has significant experience representing clients in a wide array of disputes involving commercial transactions, breaches of contract, business torts, fraud, deceptive and unfair trade practices, fiduciary relationships, banking, insurance, partnerships, real estate transactions, construction defects, corporate governance, products liability, and claims of personal injury and wrongful death.
In addition to his work with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, Foslid also serves on the board of advisors of The George Washington University Law School and is a member of the Leadership Circle of United Way of Miami-Dade.
Foslid received an master of laws (LL.M.) degree in litigation and dispute resolution and a law degree, both with highest honors, from The George Washington University Law School. He received a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from the University of Florida.
