Dunedin, FL (PRWEB) August 13, 2013 -- Advanced Realty Team, Inc. yesterday announced it will be offering a Back to School bonus to home sellers who sell a home to Advanced no later than Sept. 1, 2013.
Advanced, a Dunedin, FL-based real estate brokerage boutique, offers a service for people who want to sell a house in seven days by buying the house from them.
“A Lot of real estate brokers will talk about marketing a home aggressively so that some third party buys it fast,” said George Beardsley, Broker-President of Advanced, “but it speeds the process if we cut out the part of looking and hoping for a buyer and we buy the house.”
Advanced not only will buy a house fast, but offers one program where they buy the house at full market value and another program to buy houses in foreclosure and under water.
For the “Back to School” special, Advanced will pay $250 cash toward school supplies for up to four school-age children of parents who sell a house to Advanced. The contract must be dated before Sept. 1, 2013 and the closing must be on or before Sept. 16, 2013. Cash will be paid at closing.
Currently, Advanced is looking for houses that can become affordable housing and offers several rental and rent to own programs. One of the newer programs is the Famous Foreclosure Special where Advanced will rent homes in or about to be in foreclosure at below market rent to compensate for the possibility of needing to move before end of lease.
The firm also offers a “Done for You” real estate investment program for people who may not be located in Florida. In those cases, Advanced will sell a house to the investor from anywhere in the world, and manage the rental of the home for one year free of management fees.
“With real estate prices this low and rental values remaining at relatively high levels, this offers returns of double digits,” Beardsley said. “Of course with real estate there is no guarantee and conditions will change over time.”
