North Yorkshire (PRWEB UK) 13 August 2013 -- A new service providing personal care at home is being launched by leading care, health and housing provider, Housing 21.
Available to customers in Easingwold, Richmond, and Bainbridge, the new service will provide people with a variety of care and support services, including help with washing, dressing, meal preparation, medication, shopping and much more.
Housing 21 is a well-established national provider of services for older people. In North Yorkshire Housing 21 already provides services for communities in North Yorkshire through its extra care schemes in Richmond, Bainbridge and Easingwold. The new domiciliary care service will allow Housing 21 to expand that offering to older people in need of care and support both in our extra care schemes and at home.
Jez Ashdown, Locality Manager for Housing 21 said: “We are delighted to be launching this new service for people in Easingwold, Bainbridge and Richmond. We are already providing support services to our residents at Springhill Court in Easingwold and Greyfriars in Richmond and this new care service will operate out of those schemes into the wider local community.”
Further information on the new care service can be obtained from Tracey Gowlett at Springhill Court 0370 192 4055.
