(OTC: XFCH) (the “Company” or “XFCH”), a provider of interactive digital media software and services over its dscp:// Digital Screen Control Portal platform, announces the addition of Frank Salerno to its Board of Directors and Bo Dimert to its Leadership Advisory Team.
Frank Salerno agreed to join the Company’s Board of Directors following his recent investment in XFCH. Frank Salerno has been a member of the Board of Directors of Wisdom Tree Investments, Inc. (WETF), a NASDAQ listed company, since July 2005. He currently serves as Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees and he is the Lead Independent Director of Wisdom Tree. Mr. Salerno has also been the managing member of Hillcrest Financial, LLC (“Hillcrest”) since October 2004. Mr. Salerno served as a director and member of the Audit Committee and Conflicts Committee of K-Sea Transportation Partners, L.P., formerly a NYSE-listed company, from 2004 until its acquisition in 2011. Prior to his retirement in 2004, Mr. Salerno was the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Merrill Lynch Investment Advisors--Americas Institutional Division, an investment company. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Salerno spent 18 years with Bankers Trust Company in various executive positions. In 1995 he became Chief Investment Officer for its Structured Investment Management Group. Mr. Salerno received a B.S. in Economics from Syracuse University and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University.
In addition to Frank Salerno, the Company also welcomes another new investor, Bo Dimert. Mr. Dimert has agreed to spearhead the Company’s Leadership Advisory Team. Mr. Dimert served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ericsson Inc. and Executive Vice President of the Ericsson Group from September of 1998 to August 2000. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Dimert served as an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Networks. Mr. Dimert has more than 30 years of experience in international sales and management at IBM, Digital Corporation and Ericsson. After having left Ericsson, Mr. Dimert has served on Boards of IT software and services companies mostly as the Chairperson.
