Participants should come away from the conference empowered and inspired to use Dynamics CRM in new and exciting ways.

PowerObjects, the worldwide leader in offering Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, will once again be hosting its annual PowerConnect conference on October 17, 2013, at the McNamara Alumni Center at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. This Dynamics CRM educational event is now open for registration and is free to attend.

PowerConnect will feature keynote speaker Fred Studer, General Manager of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, who will reveal key insights on the upcoming release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.

“We are thrilled to have Fred keynote this year’s PowerConnect,” says Jim Sheehan, COO at PowerObjects. “No one is better qualified to provide a vision of what’s to come in CRM 2013 and how it will change the way we work. Fred is an incredibly dynamic speaker—I can’t think of a better way to kick off the conference.”

In addition to the keynote, PowerConnect will include five breakout sessions with content designed for different audiences, including business and technical users. Sessions will be led by Microsoft and PowerObjects representatives; conference attendees can choose which sessions to attend based on their needs and interests.

This year’s event will have a heavier focus on how Dynamics CRM integrates with the Microsoft stack than in previous years. Microsoft technologies will be on display in the Microsoft experience center, where exhibitors will be showcasing Windows 8 and the Surface tablet, SQL Business Intelligence, Office 365, Skype, Yammer and more.

PowerObjects is also offering Dynamics CRM training opportunities in the days leading up to the conference. These courses will be offered as part of PowerObjects new CRM University.

“PowerConnect is all about helping people get the most out of Dynamics CRM,” says Gretchen Opferkew, Director of Education at PowerObjects. “Between our keynote speaker, the educational session content, the trainings, and the invaluable networking opportunities, participants should come away from the conference empowered and inspired to use Dynamics CRM in new and exciting ways.”
