Our agency staff is always dedicated to a cooperative team spirit...
(PRWEB) August 13, 2013
With more than 35 years of experience facilitating household moves and industrial office relocations across the U.S., Daniel’s Moving & Storage Inc. – an agent of one of the nation’s leading moving companies Atlas Van Lines – continues to expand its footprint. The Atlas mover has expanded its footprint with three new branches: Maryland Heights, Mo., a suburb of St. Louis; Raleigh, N.C.; and Omaha, Neb. Daniel’s Moving focuses on providing specialized services that include local, interstate and long-distance household moves, and office and industrial relocations.
With high goals set to grow its national footprint in 2012 and 2013, Daniel’s Moving capitalized on a business opportunity that allowed the moving company to acquire the three new moving and storage facilities. Acquiring each new branch allows Daniel’s Moving to extend its suite of services to new and existing customers. Formerly recognized as Crofutt & Smith, the Missouri- and North Carolina-based movers and their previous owners – Roger and Dennis Sorhagen – are now part of the experienced Daniel’s Moving staff. The Omaha branch was previously identified as A-1 Metro Movers.
To complement its standing goal to expand, Daniel’s Moving is focusing on growing its international presence, as well as increasing revenue, escalating over-the-road driver industry awards, and continuing to operate under its core business values.
"Our agency staff is always dedicated to a cooperative team spirit, which in return lends a hand with new integrations for any of our branch locations,” said Daniel Ozbun, founder and COO of Daniel’s Moving & Storage Inc. “We look forward to bringing all of our newly acquired locations to their fullest potential, and with Atlas Van Lines and its agency network, we are confident we will make that happen quickly.”
Through the acquisitions, the agency has been busy growing its new customer base, while also stabilizing the previous owners’ existing customers and national account contracts. As an agent of Atlas Van Lines, Daniel’s Moving focuses on continually providing quality service to new and existing customers nationwide.
“In purchasing the assets of three previous movers, Daniel’s Moving breathed new life into the moving business in each local community by retaining jobs, enhancing the suite of services and continuing to provide top-tier services to residents and businesses with the Atlas brand,” said Steve Hermann, vice president of agency development at Atlas Van Lines. “Daniel’s Moving is a forward-thinking agency with very strategic business ambitions that will continue to make a positive impact on the moving industry. We look forward to being a part of their continued success as they expand their business geographically and otherwise.”
Consisting of nearly 500 interstate agents across the U.S. and Canada, the Atlas Van Lines agency network facilitates approximately 80,000 moves worldwide each year.
