Rivera joins the company as the Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist in the Customer Experience Team (inbound) where she will be responsible for providing superior customer service to Cambridge’s domestic and Latin American customer base.
Rivera brings experience and a proven track record of success for customer service in manufacturing, which will be invaluable in meeting the departmental objectives and company targets. She is well-equipped to provide bilingual services to clients that may prefer to do business in their native language.

Recently relocated from Pasadena, Maryland to the Eastern Shore, Rivera holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business which she earned from the University of Puerto Rico.
