Guggenheim Realty Group’s Gary Naillon represented the seller of Creekwood, a 309 unit apartment community in Hayward, California. Creekwood (now called Carmel Creekwood) contains studio, one, and two bedroom apartments. This follows Gary’s recent representation of the buyer of the Meridian at Stanford Ranch, a 452 apartment community in Rocklin, California. It is in the 3,500-acre master-planned community in Rocklin known as Stanford Ranch. Meridian at Stanford Ranch was built in 2000 on 28 acres. The complex is made up of 26 two-to-three-story wood-frame buildings with stucco exteriors.
Allen Guggenheim, CEO of Guggenheim Realty Group, commended Gary on his excellent effort. "Gary spent innumerable hours putting together these complex deals. He has a long history of meeting the needs of owners in the buying and selling of large portfolios. He is currently involved in other numerous transactions. We are very proud of his achievements."
