In the lawsuit, the plaintiff claims that she suffered a deep vein thrombosis from NuvaRing.

On July 9, a California woman filed a lawsuit in New Jersey District Court (case no. 2:2013cv04195) alleging that she suffered a severe blood clot condition from her NuvaRing.
