Digital WarRoom to Offer Ediscovery Event at ILTA 2013
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) August 14, 2013 -- Digital WarRoom, leaders in accessible, affordable ediscovery, today announced that author and attorney Tom O’Connor will meet with conference attendees at the ILTA Conference in Las Vegas. This special ‘Meet the Author’ session will take place at the Digital WarRoom booth #210, in the ILTA 2013 Exhibit Hall at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Tuesday, August 20th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Tom will have a limited number of complimentary copies of the new book “Electronic Discovery for Small Cases: Managing Digital Evidence and ESI” on hand for signing.
The book, published by the American Bar Association, is also available for purchase on the ABA Website. ILTA Conference attendees are encouraged to stop by the Digital WarRoom booth to meet Tom O’Connor and discuss their ediscovery challenges.
“The definition of ‘small’ will vary from one litigator or firm to the next”, said O’Connor recently. “Digital WarRoom created DWR WorkGroup to serve as a high-performance, complete ediscovery support system for ediscovery practice management in mid-size and large law firms. DWR Pro is a single-user license of the same high-powered scalable software that provides unlimited ESI processing, search/analytics, review and production on an unlimited number of cases. Both are examples of first-rate technology becoming affordable for everyone. Advanced ediscovery tools are no longer reserved just for big-budget cases.”
O’Connor co-authored the ground-breaking book with noted attorney, consultant and author Bruce Olson, principle of OnLaw Trial Technologies, LLC . “Bruce and I wrote the book specifically to guide litigators in the selection of ediscovery tools for the mainstream cases that law firms and their clients face every day” said Tom. “For firms with limited technology budgets, finding affordable e-discovery can be challenging. Litigators can now feel comfortable that there are complete, end-to-end ediscovery software applications that they can learn and use effectively, whether they have two custodians or 2 terabytes of data.”
“We’re looking forward to talking with ILTA members and attendees at our book signing session” Tom continued. “The ILTA conference very effectively forwards the ediscovery dialogue between corporate IT, in-house counsel, and law firms.”
