About Kimatni D. Rawlins
Along with his cousin, Vince Rawlins, the nation’s fastest hurdler, Rawlins won state titles in track and field in 1992, the same year he also led his high school football team to a conference title and a spot in the Group Championship. Going on to play running back at N.C. State and Georgia Institute of Technology, Rawlins received a degree in business marketing with a minor in economics. After shedding 50 pounds through daily workouts and a plant-based diet to retain his high school weight of 205 pounds, today, the married father of two elementary-aged girls is a certified trainer as well as certified eCornell.com plant-based nutrition graduate who enjoys running, sprinting, cycling, hiking, obstacle courses, boxing, basketball, yoga, and weight training.
