BlueSnap today announced that it has hired Manny Pansa, a proven payments leader to lead the account management and merchant and shopper support teams to grow and enhance the relationships with existing BlueSnap customers, instilling BlueSnap’s commitment to customer service.

Manny has more than 20 years of experience in payments--working in the software, cash management, payroll, payment card and merchant acquiring industries. Most recently, Manny was the COO at Primax Payments, a private company providing processing and servicing for financial institutions issuing payment cards and owning merchant programs.

Prior to joining Primax, Manny was senior vice president of operations at P&H Solutions, where he was responsible for the Application Service Provider (ASP) environment. Prior to that, Manny was senior vice president of operations at Interpay, Inc. where his group delivered payroll processing services to more than 34,000 small business clients in 12 U.S. locations. Before that, he held a number of senior positions at Metavante and ADP, including roles as vice president of product management, general manager, and director of account management.
