eTERA Consulting’s eDiscovery Expert Sam Morgan to Address Tackling the Tiger of Electronic Discovery
Washington, DC (PRWEB) August 14, 2013 -- eTERA Consulting, nominated by the National Law Journal for two consecutive years as the nation’s top end-to-end eDiscovery provider and litigation consulting firm who specializes in helping Fortune 1000 companies and the Am Law 100 overcome the costs and budget challenges of managing large volumes of data and electronic discovery, today announced that eDiscovery expert Sam Morgan will join Judge Mazer-Moss and Judge Goldberg as a panel speaker on August 23 in Philadelphia to address the topic of “Tackling the Tiger of eDiscovery: Real-World Perspectives From the Bench, Bar and Consultant/Vendor Worlds”. The CLE program is being sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and can be attended live or via Webcast and Simulcast.
The panel of experts assembled by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute will provide practical guidance and insights regarding the value, opportunities, costs, problems and pitfalls in the era of electronic data. “This is a very unique program because the panelists will be able to provide critical viewpoints from the state and federal benches, the plaintiff’s bar, the defense bar, and the consulting world,” stated eTERA’s Sam Morgan.
The first part of the program will feature speakers from the bench and bar who will address the high costs of eDiscovery and strategies for avoiding risks of spoliation and sanctions. Leading the second part of the program will be eDiscovery experts who will explore the goal of electronic discovery and the line between legitimate eDiscovery requests and burdensome fishing expeditions.
The two credit CLE program will take place on Friday, August 23, 2013 starting at 12:00 pm EST in Philadelphia or via Webcast and Simulcast. Please click here to register for this event.
