SkillSurvey’s Second-Quarter Bookings Increase 50 Percent over Prior Year

SkillSurvey®, Inc. announced today that with strong renewal rates and a significant growth in new customers, the company increased its 2013 second-quarter bookings by 50 percent over its second-quarter bookings in 2012.

Our Pre-Hire 360® solution has been shown to statistically predict involuntary turnover and future job performance of those hired.

Along with the bookings increase, the number of customers using its social talent platform grew to over 700 hospitals and long-term care organizations, and over 600 companies in many other industries, including retail, energy, education, finance, consumer goods and information technology.

SkillSurvey’s core product, Pre-Hire 360®, gathers input from a job applicant’s references by using behaviorally-based surveys delivered through enterprise software. The surveys aggregate input from managers, peers, subordinates and business partners to provide a multi-dimensional view of the candidate’s past performance that reveals their strengths and areas of development.
