Harriman-Baines takes a dark look into the world of loneliness and the illusions humans embrace to protect themselves from it.
South Windsor, CT (PRWEB) August 15, 2013
Colin Crowley, playwright-lyricist and TicketLiquidator.com customer service team member is bringing Harriman-Baines, his unnerving, psychological play, to the Dream Up Festival 2013, an innovative lineup of original drama, music, dance and poetry presented by the Theater for the New City from Aug. 18 to Sept. 18.
Speerhead Theatricals, the musical/theatrical not-for-profit corporation that Crowley helms, is co-producing the play along with On the Brink Theatre Production. On the Brink sought “artistically breathtaking and socially relevant” theatre to present to festivals. Crowley’s “dark look into the world of loneliness and the illusions humans embrace to protect themselves from it,” fit the bill.
Harriman Baines takes the stage on Sunday, Aug. 18 at 2 p.m. It also has showings on Tuesday, Aug. 20, at 6 p.m.; Thursday, Aug. 22, at 6:30 p.m.; Saturday, Aug. 24 at 8 p.m.; and Tuesday, Aug. 27, at 6:30 p.m. Find out more about the play and festival at DreamUpFestival.org.
