Java Web Framework ZK 7 Preview Unveiled Introducing Bootstrap, More HTML 5 & CSS 3 to Enhance Theming Ability
London (PRWEB) August 16, 2013 -- Whether it is to give your application a more personal touch or to implement a corporate image, it is no doubt that the ability to easily create a customized theme for web applications is now a hot trend and becoming more important each day. ZK 7 is designed to fulfill this desire, presenting users with a more powerful, flexible and simpler theme engine.
ZK 7 brings with it the framework’s most powerful theme engine to date combining the power of CSS 3, LESS and Bootstrap to create the best possible experience. This simplification has the following major benefits:
- It is now much easier to create themes from scratch and customize existing themes
- Bootstrap themes can be used to kick start theme creation saving resources needed to produce great looking themes.
- The existing default theme has been simplified, including the DOM structure
Leveraging ZK 7, design and development teams will have a much easier job and spend less time creating applications which look great and perform better than ever. Additionally, these changes will make prototyping even easier, ZUL provides a great base for prototyping but with now simplified themes and Bootstrap support, meaning it will take less time to produce an impressive application which uses, or is similar to the company's theme.
In addition to theme, ZK 7 also introduces new components and upgrades to old ones including enhanced CSS 3 and HTML 5 support such as a new navigation component set along with performance improvements and more.
