The Georgia O’Keeffe Museum announces the rare opportunity to sketch, draw and watercolor independently on the grounds of Georgia O’Keeffe’s Home & Studio in Abiquiu on October 7, 2013. Morning and afternoon sessions are available to experience such panoramic views as the Chama River Valley, the Sangre de Cristo mountain range, the Abiquiu Mesa, the road to Abiquiu, and the scene within the walls of O'Keeffe's garden. Offered only two times per year, once in the spring and once in the fall, the Art Sessions present the unique opportunity to be inspired by the same setting and views that inspired Georgia O’Keeffe.
