Aruvio Unveils Fundamental Innovation in Governance, Risk and Compliance Management with the release of Version 2.6
(PRWEB) August 15, 2013 -- Version 2.6 of the Aruvio GRC platform was announced today as the company focuses efforts on easing governance, risk and compliance processes at a dramatically reduced cost. Organizations face challenges onset by growth, fluctuating relationships with external vendors and increasing flexible work options. In turn businesses are finding it more difficult to accurately address regulatory compliance, close gaps in risk profiles and remain agile.
With improved internal and external audit capabilities, Aruvio V2.6 allows customers to develop an accurate risk management strategy. Connecting audits with enterprise controls is an imperative first step in the integration of internal compliance to develop an accurate risk profile. New reporting enhancements will help customers stay ahead of risk management and compliance requirements as their environments continue to grow and regulatory regulations change.
Enhanced Aruvio Platform
The cloud-based Aruvio GRC platform is engineered to manage risk, demonstrate compliance and automate business processes for business and enterprise customers of all functions and sizes. Institutions gain visibility into corporate risk and security controls spanning across finance, IT, operations, HR and legal domains. The new enhancements featured in Aruvio V2.6 provide improved usability and functionality for customers in the following areas:
Compliance Management
Ease tracking and reporting for compliance and audit assessment processes both internally and externally. The assessment and audit data collection interface has been improved to allow easier configuration and to hide specific data elements from users with specific roles. Additional control assessment data such as control impact and priority can be weighted during assessment and collected for improved audit process.
Vendor Management
Vendor user credentials can be auto generated and dispatched along with vendor assessment notifications for additional security and ease of use. Vendor management interfaces have also been functionally improved.
Policy Management
Policy training and campaign status reporting has been improved to rapidly produce attestation status. The policy acceptance process has been dramatically improved with added policy versioning support. Additionally, a Pass/Fail option has been added for policy training tests to ensure policy comprehension and acceptance.
Security Management
Unauthenticated portal pages for organizational users have been added to enhance business collaboration. Users may search for and view limited information on approved vendors to verify the nature of external presence.
“The newest version of Aruvio (2.6) was developed based on insight from existing customers. An influx of new customers as well as a strong CIO advisory board have also provided feedback to strengthen the product as we continue to address our customers’ evolving needs,” said Rajesh Unadkat, Vice President of Product at Aruvio. “We place high value on customer-driven innovation and ease of use. Today’s release is a reflection of that effort.”
