Roadshow Truck Provider EMS Retains Investors in People Silver Standard
(PRWEB UK) 18 August 2013 -- Investors in People (IiP) is the UK's leading people management standard, designed to drive business performance. The roadshow truck tour provider first attained the award in 2004, reaching Silver standard in 2010.
EMS is among only 3% of IiP organisations to have achieved this level, which involves meeting 76 additional evidence requirements above the standard award.

The IiP assess summarised EMS as: “An example of an organisation which, even when faced with significant changes to its industry sector, has moved further towards embracing proven approaches to good management.”
