Solar Atmospheres of California – Obtains Prime Approvals from Rolls Royce, Pratt Whitney and Boeing
Fontana, CA (PRWEB) August 21, 2013 -- Solar Atmospheres of California (SCA) is now an approved supplier for Rolls Royce and Pratt Whitney. In addition to these prime approvals, SCA has expanded its Boeing approvals to include BAC 5616, BAC 5617, BAC 5619, DPS 5.00 LOW, DPS 5.00 HIGH and DPS 6.33. Solar's Southern California facility was built to service the aerospace industry. Thirty years of experience building and operating vacuum furnaces on the east coast went into building the SCA plant. Having developed a proven and robust quality system along with new equipment capable of meeting or exceeding our customer’s stringent quality specifications for vacuum heat treating and brazing, SCA will continue to add prime approvals while we expand the customer base in the Southern California market.
Derek Dennis, president of Solar Atmospheres of California explains, "I'm very pleased with our rate of progression in which SCA has obtained prime approvals. This can be a very long and arduous process. SCA is committed to providing our customers with a reliable and competitive service, with a dedication to providing Quality Assurance Excellence." Mike Moffit, Quality Manager for Solar Atmospheres of California agrees, "The rapid addition of approvals from multiple primes within such a short time period is a direct result of unsurpassed dedication, an unwavering commitment to quality, and customer satisfaction from all departments and personnel throughout the Solar organization."
