Veterinary Purchasing Group Expands Organization

"Our organization is experiencing a significant amount of growth in hospital membership and in the number of new programs we can deliver back to our members," says Jared Silvia, Principal and Co-Founder of VPG. "This is the right time to expand our organization to meet the needs of our member hospitals and preferred suppliers." Diane Campbell has been involved in the veterinary industry for over 21 years and has spent a great deal of time working with veterinary practice managers and owners to problem solve and share best practices. Her commitment to helping veterinary hospitals be more productive and profitable is in perfect alignment with the mission of Veterinary Purchasing Group.
Veterinary Purchasing Group was established June of 2010 to strengthen the purchasing power of independent veterinarians by combining the purchasing volumes of multiple hospitals. The purpose of VPG is to bring improve profitability, remove the burdens of price negotiation from the veterinarian, and bring clarity to the marketplace. In this age, understanding what your peers are paying and being competitive with the corporate chains is critical. Our group started with just 10 member hospitals and now we have grown into a strong group of 250 veterinary hospitals representing over 1,000 Veterinarians.
