The Downtown Seattle Hilton hotel is thrilled to welcome Kanami Fujita to its staff of experienced professionals as its new Director of Sales and Marketing. Fujita has worked in the hospitality industry for over 13 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the hotel.
Fujita graduated with a B.A. in Commerce/Marketing from the University of Marketing and Distribution Sciences in Kobe, Japan. She began her career in the hospitality industry as a Sales Manager for the Grand Hyatt Taipei, Taiwan in 2000. Since then, she has worked in sales and marketing positions with high-profile hotels and management firms such as the Grand Hyatt San Francisco, Four Seasons Westlake Village—where she received a 2007 President’s Club award—Sorrento Hotel in Seattle, Kimpton Canary Hotel and the Westmont Hospitality Management Group. She is excited to begin her journey with the Downtown Seattle Hilton hotel.
