Among her many endeavors, 22 year old Krost hosts both a radio show and a television show that focus on issues faced by the millennial generation. She always strives to make a positive impact on her peers through her work and is thrilled Tru Access has recognized her efforts.
"I feel so honored to have a platform that bridges each generation together and that allows me to speak with my peers and experts from all over the world. I only want to entertain people and provide information that people will truly benefit from," Krost said.
Founded by Tru Pettigrew, Tru Access provides guidance to companies looking to reach the millennial market. According to their website, the company “also serves as one of the nation’s top talent pool resources for agencies and companies seeking to identify and recruit our nation’s top tier diverse talent.”
Tru Access’ list of the Top 10 Millennial All-Stars of the Month features a wide range of talented individuals. “If you want to understand and connect with Millennials that are changing the game, this is a group of all-stars that you must follow,” Pettigrew wrote in a post that can be viewed at http://www.tru-access.com/tru-access-blog/tru-access-millennial-all-stars .
Those named on the Top 10 list “use their time and talent to inspire and empower others to succeed. They all believe that you can make money and make a difference at the same time,” Pettigrew stated. Honorees also possess “the discipline, drive and determination required to succeed” in life.
Pettigrew added that the honorees are “go-getters (who) have combined their gifts with their passion to do what many told them they couldn't do,” and they “refuse to lead a life that reinforces any negative stereotypes of Millennials.”
Krost also recently participated as a panelist and a judge at The Great American NO BULL Challenge Conference and Teen Video Awards, a global video contest and education program that took place in Los Angeles, CA on August 10. Attendees focused on various anti-bullying and digital responsibility solutions that can be implemented at the grassroots level. http://www.chelseakrost.com
"I am so excited I was invited to be a judge and panelist at this year's NO BULL Challenge,” Krost said. “As a victim of bullying, I understand the pain and frustration bullies cause on their victims. The NO BULL Challenge is an incredible way for Millennials to be proactive, be creative, and stand up against the bullies out there!"
