Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, continued strong residential sunroom, patio cover and screen enclosure sales growth in the first half of 2013 in Broward County, Venetian President Chris Noe said. In just the first six months of the year, Venetian actually topped its total Broward sales for all of 2012 by 24 percent, Noe said, pushing total residential sales to an annual record with half a year to go.

That we surpassed all of our 2012 Broward sales volume in just the first six months of this year shows that our marketing plan is succeeding beyond expectations.

Broward County sunroom, screen enclosure and patio cover sales for Venetian Builders, Inc., Miami, soared during the first half of 2013, helping the company set residential sales records there and throughout its four-county service area for the second consecutive year.

Venetian installs custom-designed aluminum sunroom additions, patio roofs, patio covers and swimming pool screen enclosures in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, and in the Florida Keys in Monroe County.

“That we surpassed all of our 2012 Broward sales volume in just the first six months of this year shows that our marketing plan is succeeding beyond expectations,” Noe said. “This is the first time we have had a retail presence for the entire year, and first-half figures show more people than ever are aware of our products and services.”

Venetian has placed retail sales displays made of actual building materials in 41 Home Depots, including throughout Broward County, Noe said. “The displays have stoked the imagination of shoppers considering additional living area, whether it’s an indoor room such as a solarium or insulated patio enclosure, or an outdoor room such as a patio screen or screen pool enclosure,” he said.

Patio roof sales also have increased, Noe said. “We’ve added wooden roofs this year to our aluminum offerings, and we’ve begun to offer aluminum pergolas and aluminum roofs with a pergola edge,” Noe said. “We’re also offering retractable awnings.

“For homeowners seeking privacy, we’ve added aluminum lattice with a wood look but not the wood maintenance. All these products have helped boost residential sales.”

Venetian has permitting experts who are accustomed to working with municipal officials and with homeowners associations, shortening the time from design to construction, Noe said. “We build to meet or exceed code, even in high-wind areas, where regulations are the toughest, such as along oceans, lakes, ponds, canals, golf courses and parks,” he added. “We can design for even the smallest lots and the most discerning homeowners associations.”
Venetian custom-designs every project, no matter its size and budget, Noe said.

Broward County communities where Venetian has increased sales this year include Coconut Creek, Cooper City, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Lauderhill, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Sunrise, Tamarac and Wilton Manors.

Venetian offers written, detailed, free estimates on all Florida rooms, patio enclosures, patio covers and screen pool domes. In-home consultations also are free, with a curbside visit by the Venetian mobile showroom, which displays how aluminum framing, windows, doors, screen, insulated wall and roof panels, and floor, ceiling and wall finishes work to meet a homeowner’s needs.
