First Team Real Estate Launches One of The Largest Online Learning Platforms in Southern California Real Estate Agent History
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) August 20, 2013 -- In a development that will improve the quality of services and opportunities California's home buyers and sellers can access, First Team Real Estate has announced the introduction of what is likely one of the largest online learning platform in Southern California real estate agent history.
By partnering with the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, First Team will offer over 200 of its industry standard The Real Estate University (TREU) classes and similar coursework online in a dynamic, real time online learning management system.
"First Team has long been recognized as the training leader in our industry," said Chris Pollinger, Senior Vice President, Sales for First Team. "Well over half of our main headquarters is dedicated training and service space for our agents. Many of our offices across Southern California also have dedicated training space because we want our 1,800 or so agents to have the greatest amount of knowledge to help buyers and sellers make the most informed decisions."
Using videos, support documents and a testing platform that dynamically responds to each participants' needs by asking questions tailored to each specific participant's answers, the program aims to provide the highest level of training to agents in the market everyday.
"With the support of our partnership with the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, we have been able to replicate a great deal of what happens in our classrooms," continued Pollinger. "This customized platform is very quickly expanding our ability to help each agent's base of knowledge and ability to serve buyers and sellers."
Over the course of the training programs, participating First Team agents will be able to attain LeadingRE certificates for completing a number of programs including: LeadingRE Sales Specialist (LSS), LeadingRE Service Expert (LSE) and LeadingRE Certified Leader (LCL).
Students can access programs on sales, marketing, technology and relocation and follow self-guided curriculums to completion. Courses for leaders include topics such as recruiting, business development, culture and staff development, leadership and referrals and relocation.
"One of the most exciting leaps forward in this platform is the level of interaction it allows with other agents from around the world in LeadingRE's network," Pollinger stated. "Our agents will be able to ask questions, share insights, and gain knowledge from over 120,000 associates worldwide in the LeadingRE network."
