There is no limit on the number of proof of funds letters investors can use, which means they'll have unlimited access to funding for their deals. Multi-day funding is also available when needed because some banks may have hold periods or deed restrictions.
He is also providing access to cash buyers. Each month, Cameron adds thousands of new cash buyers to his list which he is allowing investors to tap into. Investors prefer cash buyers over those buyers who need to get financing because of all the red tape. Having cash buyers is a huge advantage.

Cameron has also found a way to automate finding deals and buyers using special software that does most of the work. The software builds an army of bird dogs who go out and find these specific properties for investors to flip which helps investors leverage their time.
