With this update, Web customers of Internet retailers and multi-channel merchants using InOrder can rate products, add reviews, comment on existing reviews, and post questions and answers about products. InOrder users can interact with their customers by answering questions and responding to comments and reviews.
InOrder Customer Service Reps can view customer feedback easily because it is fully integrated on the customer service screens, and InOrder Product Managers can view customer feedback on screen while making marketing and pricing decisions.
