The success of a professional service organization hinges on talent. Promet Source stops at nothing to recruit only the brightest in the field to ensure our customers receive the best in both product and service.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) August 21, 2013
Promet Source, a leading digital agency specializing in interactive development and 24/7 support, hired top talent: Brie McInerney, Maggie Graham and Douglas Dobrynski. They have joined the team as Project Manager, Marketing Manager and Drupal developer (respectively) to answer to the double-digit revenue growth Promet has experienced annually since 2009.
“Our growth can be attributed to many factors including our commitment to delivering our clients websites, mobile apps and support services with the highest standard of integrity,” said Andrew Kucharski, President & Founder of Promet Source. “It’s this reputation that enables us to continue to hire the best-of-the-best and expand our offerings.”
Brie McInerney will serve as a Project Manager which will enable Promet to work with more clients. Her extensive background includes working for Morgan Stanley, Avis Budget Group, Constellation Energy and Reader’s Digest. She has a range of experience managing projects for design, development, release and support of digital assets and brings expertise in Agile Development and UX/UI methodology. “I look forward to using my experience with customer insights and user-testing with our current and potential clients. Having worked with so many Fortune500 companies, I am excited to bring the strategies I used to improve those companies to my projects at Promet,” said Brie McInerney.
As Marketing Manager, Maggie Graham will lead Promet Source into future growth while promoting & nurturing capabilities, successes, relationships, partnerships, talent and industry authority. She will also be the new point of contact for the media. In her previous role at product development firm, Brooks Stevens, Inc, Maggie initiated many successful Sales and Marketing campaigns. “The fact that Promet Source has grown so much with minimal marketing effort speaks volumes about the strength of their services and offering,” said Maggie Graham. “I look forward to sharing the ‘best kept secret’ in the industry.”
Promet Source’s newest Developer, Douglas Dobrynski started his career at the astounding age of 11 as a child prodigy developer. He comes to Promet Source from Grinnell College where he served in a senior development position within their Web Services Department. In this position, Doug founded the “Web Help Desk” which grew 300% under his guidance. Specializing in Drupal Migration, Agile Development, Theming and Drupal Maintenance, Doug is focusing on Support Development.
Since 2009, Promet Source has welcomed double-digit annual revenue growth. The areas of service which have seen the most increased demand include New Website Development & Implementation, 24/7 Drupal Support & Maintenance, and Migrations (transitioning from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7). Promet is also monitoring the growing trends toward projects that require Continuous Integration, Responsive Theming, DevOps set up, and Augmented Reality.
Businesses and organizations have realized that their web & mobile applications need to work as a tool for efficiency and profitability. The industry standard is moving toward all organizations providing a customized digital experience (for employees and customers) through digital communication that makes the most of content, community and commerce. In short, more and more companies need complex, highly-technical development. “New clients come to us for three main reasons,” said John Nollin, Director of Operations. “One: They know Promet’s track record of quality and technical expertise. Two: They are aware of our incomparable strengths within Drupal [an open source CMS] which is an excellent tool for rapid development, complex web applications, and integration. And three: They know that after deployment, they can rely on us for continuous support & maintenance.”
The industry sectors in which Promet Source has seen the most growth include Higher Education, Associations, Non-Profit Organizations and Federal Government Agencies. The Illinois Safe School Alliance, the National Institute of Health, the USDA, and the Illinois Field Museum are just a sample of Promet’s new clientele.
