ClubSport Fremont Announces “Hot Yoga 105”
Fremont, California (PRWEB) August 21, 2013 -- Improve your strength, balance and flexibility while simultaneously re-shaping and healing your body and relieving stress and tension. That’s what ClubSport Fremont’s newest class aims to do.
ClubSport Fremont, a property of Leisure Sports Inc., announced today that it will begin offering “Hot Yoga 105”, a 90-minute class that follows the traditional series of 26 poses – or “asana” – and two breathing exercises, all designed to work every muscle, bone, joint, ligament, tendon, gland and organ in the human body.
The class is held in a room warmed up to 105 degrees with 40 percent humidity, so you’ll be completely drenched in sweat and totally relaxed after your workout.
“I am excited to offer Hot Yoga at ClubSport,” said Heather Stanek, General Manager of ClubSport Fremont. “The response to this format has been incredible and members are feeling the benefits after just their first class. We look forward to getting more and more members involved and adding more classes soon.”
Leading the classes are Kelly Gibson, Dawn Hoppe and Jen Fields, all very qualified and experienced yoga instructors.
The 90-minute class is offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Also offered is a 60-minute express class, held Wednesdays and Saturdays. Times for all classes can be found on ClubSport Fremont’s website under the Group Fitness Schedule page.
