PC optimization program developer Boost Software recently won the 2013 Best New Company—Silver award from the Best in Biz Awards 2013 International awards. The awards span six continents and include 43 judges drawn from publications in 25 countries.

Boost Software, INC recently received a Silver Trophy from the Best in Biz Awards 2013 in the category of Best New Business. Boost Software, INC is a software company that offers PC optimization software. Best in Biz Awards 2013 International is an independent business awards program paneled by international industry analysts and members of the press.

Based out of Boston, MA, Boost Software is the brainchild of programmer Peter Dunbar and Boston-based business owner Amit Mehta. The company offers the software, PC HealthBoost, to fix slow computers and to prevent those with critical registry errors from crashing.

The Boost team is also a Microsoft Partner: Gold Application Development, as well as a Microsoft Gold Vendor. This is largely attributed to one of the top registry cleaner products on the market, PC Health Boost.

Boost Software went up against more than 150 companies from more than 25 countries to win this award. The Best in Biz Awards 2013 honored companies in several categories, including Most Innovative Company of the Year, Best Place to Work, Film or Video of the Year, and Technology Department of the Year.

The winners were determined by an international panel of over 40 judges. The judges were selected from top-tier business, news, technology, and finance publications & media outlets from 18 countries. All inhabited continents were represented on the panel.

The Best in Biz Awards panel for 2013 included writers and other contributors to magazines such as Techtalk (United States), PC Authority (Australia), PC Format (United Kingdom),(Australia), Analyst 2.0 (Canada), ARD (Germany), Asian Power (Singapore), Gizmodo and Lifehacker (Australia), IAA Magazine (United Arab Emirates), InBusiness (Cyprus and Greece), Irish Independent (Ireland), Jerusalem Post (Israel), Outlook Business Magazine (India), Regional Economic Development Blog (Australia), RTE (Ireland), TechnoFILE.com (Canada), Thoughtful China (Hong Kong), Toronto Standard (Canada), Vancouver Sun (Canada), Vyapar (India), Ventures Africa (Nigeria), Winnipeg Free Press (Canada), Xbox Plus (Brazil).

Best in Biz Awards recognizes top companies, teams, executives and products for their business success as judged by established members of the press and industry analysts. Best in Biz Awards honors are conferred in three separate programs annually: North America, EMEA, and International. Entries are currently being accepted in the third annual Best in Biz Awards 2013 North American program, until the final entry deadline on September 20, 2013. Any organization from any industry in North America may enter any of the more than 50 company, department or team, executive and product categories.
