Zurmo CRM 2.2 Centers on Integrations for Commercial Editions
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) August 20, 2013 -- Developers of the Zurmo Open Source Customer Relationship Management application today announced the release of Zurmo 2.2. The latest Zurmo release is centered on third party technology platform integrations for Zurmo Pro and Zurmo Group Editions. The new additions include Google Apps and Google Web Tracking, Rapleaf, Zapier, and Import2.
One major differentiation between Zurmo Community Edition and Commercial Editions is integration. Zurmo 2.5, a feature-rich release for both Community and Commercial offerings, which includes phase two Gamification functionality, Cases, and Project Management, will be available this Autumn.
The Google Apps Connector functionality includes seamless email archival from Gmail to Zurmo, Contact and Lead synchronization between both platforms, and the ability to integrate events between Zurmo and Google Calendars. In a recent press release, Zurmo announced the addition of Rapleaf, Zapier, and Import2, which have been added to Version 2.2.
Rapleaf provides users with additional data on their existing CRM records. Core marketing demographics and interest data including age, gender, marital status, and income are included.
Zapier enables Zurmo users to automate tasks between other online platforms. This allows for direct interaction between Zurmo and applications like Wufoo, Yammer, Dropbox, Wordpress, Evernote, and many more.
Import2 automates data import to Zurmo from other CRMs, such as Zoho, SugarCRM, or Salesforce with a click of a button. Import2 empowers users to control the data they store in the cloud apps they use. The tool allows for simple migration of data in and out of apps.
