Five actors were killed, and two other people injured, when their car was struck by a semi truck last week. Although the accident was severe, attorney Dane Johnson says that there is no evidence of alcohol in the crash and it's unlikely that anyone will be charged with a crime.

The actors were members of a summer production of the musical “Texas,” according to CBS Houston (08.14.2013). Officials with the Department of Public Safety stated that their car pulled out in front of the semi, causing the accident.

Johnson is the founder of the Johnson, Johnson & Baer law firm and a criminal defense attorney who focuses much of his work on DUI and traffic law cases. He says that police have not hinted at any evidence of wrongdoing.

A sixth actor in the car survived with serious injuries, remaining in critical condition through the end of last week. The driver of the semi was also hospitalized but survived.
