Lang Realty, a dominant real estate company in South Florida (http://www.langrealty.com), announced that the dynamic business development duo of Bill Hall and Nancy Cardone have joined their growing firm. Hall joins as Director of Business Development and Cardone as Business Development Consultant, both coming from distinguished careers at Illustrated Properties. Hall and Cardone’s responsibilities will include expansion, acquisitions and agent recruitment.
“As we continue our growth in Palm Beach County and push north, Bill and Nancy will assist with the firm’s future growth plans,” said Scott Agran, President of Lang Realty. “Their reputation for business development in Palm Beach County is stellar and we are thrilled to have them on board.”
Hall has a lengthy track record of both residential and commercial development sales, having handled the financing, closing, planning, site selection, government relations and entire development process. Hall was Director of the New Homes and Communities Division that marketed and sold communities throughout Florida, Belize and Mexico, ranging from small to major communities with 1000 units. He’s completed more than two billion dollars in real estate transactions. Hall has also been Chairman of Palm Beach County's Land Use Advisory Board and Local Planning Agency, a member of The Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council and was awarded the 2013 Realtor of the Year for the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Assoc. of Realtors.
“I’m so excited to be part of an organization that has such a strong professional reputation and the desire for strategic growth northward,” said Bill Hall.
Nancy Cardone previously served as the Executive Director of the New Homes and Communities Division of Illustrated Properties from 2002 to 2010. Cardone was responsible for the overall management of sales teams, support personnel, marketing and community outreach for the Division. Having been in the real estate industry for over 25 years, Cardone brings extensive management and organizational skills, sales experience and years of community service to Lang Realty.
Cardone has held appointments to Palm Beach County’s Zoning Board of Adjustments, Palm Beach County’s Commercial Needs Assessment Task Force, and the Palm Beach County School District Area Boundary Committee. “It’s an honor to carry on the proud traditions of Lang Realty and I look forward to being part of such a respected team,” said Cardone. “Agents know that Lang understands that they are central to our success and are our partners so that the more services and marketing we can provide them the better we all do."
