PCM of California, Inc. (PCM), an Associa company, has been named managing agent for the Westwood Community Association, a 105-unit single-family home community located on the western edge of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Part of the Summerlin master plan, Westwood is just one of several new southern Nevada accounts added to the PCM portfolio this year, further cementing the company’s position as the leading provider of professional management services in the region.

Built in 2004, the Westwood Community Association is located in Summerlin, a 22,500-acre master planned community currently under development by The Howard Hughes Corporation in west Las Vegas, adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
Westwood board members cited PCM’s IT resources, expertise in energy efficiency, vendor management skills and Board training services as keys to their decision.
