New York, NY (PRWEB) August 23, 2013
For the third consecutive year, Inc. magazine today ranked Aspex Solutions, the maker of the AppliTrack Talent Management Suite, the leading HR Talent Management solutions to the public and private sector, to its Inc. 500|5000 list. Aspex Solutions is no. 2306 on the 2013 Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America's independent entrepreneurs. This achievement puts Aspex Solutions in rarefied company. The elite group Aspex Solutions has again joined has, over the years, included companies such as Microsoft, Timberland, Vizio, Intuit, Jamba Juice, Oracle, and Zappos.com.
"Not only are we honored to be named to the Inc. 500|5000 list for the third consecutive year, we are thrilled to be the only company that does what we do to be named to this distinguished list. Being the 32nd fastest growing company in the Education market is such a wonderful distinction," said Abe Reese, President and Founder of Aspex Solutions.
In a stagnant economic environment, median growth rate of 2013 Inc. 5000 companies remains an impressive 97 percent. The companies included in 2013’s updated list have a combined job creation of more than 400,000 people over the past three years, with aggregate revenue among the honorees approaching $299 billion.
"Our sales have increased 158% between 2009 and 2012 and we are on track to have our best sales year ever in 2013. This undeniable growth is a testament to how unique and flexible the AppliTrack Talent Management Suite is when compared to other solutions in our very competitive market," stated Dr. Keith Westman, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Aspex Solutions.
In the year 2012, Aspex Solutions added 444 new client organizations to its roster. In the first eight months of 2013, 607 new organizations have been added- an average of over 2 new client organizations every single day of the year.

"Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward. Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is," says Inc. Editor Eric Schurenberg.
The 2013 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2009 to 2012. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2009. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2012. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2009 is $100,000; the minimum for 2012 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.'s September issue. They represent the top tier of the Inc. 5000, which can be found at http://www.inc.com/500.
