Week Three of the NFL Preseason Begins Thursday as Start of 2013 Regular Season Draws Near
Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) August 21, 2013 -- Week three of the NFL preseason kicks off with a pair of games on Thursday. The 2013 NFL regular season schedule opens up in two weeks and PrintableBrackets.net has everything fans need to be ready for week one.
“The third preseason game is easily the most important contest for all teams during exhibition play,” said PrintableBrackets.net spokesman Zaniel Worth. “The starters generally see the most action in the third game and it serves as a final tune-up for the regular season.”
On Thursday, the Detroit Lions will play host to Tom Brady and the New England Patriots. The defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens will also be in action as they welcome Cam Newton and the Baltimore Ravens.
NFC powers will collide on Friday as the Seattle Seahawks will travel to Green Bay to battle the Packers. On Saturday, the Jets and Giants will meet in their annual preseason affair in the Meadowlands.
“It’s tough to get a read on teams based on what they do in preseason play,” said Worth. “However, if you’re going to watch your favorite team in just one game during the preseason, watch them this week.”
In advance of the start of the 2013 NFL season, PrintableBrackets.net has released a full line of complimentary items for the fan of any age.
