Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) August 24, 2013 -- AIReS welcomes Holly Maurer-Klein to its Global Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. In her position as Director of Human Resources, she will continue to develop the company’s strategic HR function that is focused on servicing customers and furthering the mission and goals of AIReS.
While new to the relocation industry, Ms. Maurer-Klein has spent her career working with strategic goals and HR initiatives, including running her own firm dedicated to resolving the human resources needs of rapid-growth companies. Her desire to work as part of a dedicated internal team and contribute to long-term initiatives informed her decision to come on board with AIReS.
On her new position, Ms. Maurer-Klein said “I’m excited for the opportunity to interact with a committed, passionate group of people working towards a shared goal. I look forward to creating effective working relationships with team members, and initiatives that help AIReS recruit and retain great employees.”

An Advisory Board Member for both the Center for Women in Business and Enterprise Forum of Pittsburgh, Ms. Maurer-Klein was also named to the 2001 Best 50 Women in Business list sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
Additionally, Ms. Maurer-Klein has been named a “Recommended Speaker” by the Society for Human Resource Management and is the author of several published articles and essays.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service and International Politics from Pennsylvania State University, and is a graduate of the Katz Graduate School of Business’ Entrepreneurial Fellows Center.
