Next generation Analysis Sieving Machine with Integrated Mini-Computer simplifies pharmaceutical applications.

Woven wire mesh manufacturer W.S. Tyler has just entered into an exclusive distribution arrangement with laboratory analysis sieving machine leader Hosokawa Alpine.

W.S. Tyler Architectural design group has just been appointed the exclusive North American distributor of the ALPINE e200LS Air Jet Sieving System. Developed by global leader Hosokawa Alpine, the e200LS sets a new standard in sieving machines by integrating – for the first time – a mini-computer that seamlessly controls, regulates and monitors the sieving process. North American pharmaceutical companies who desire a faster, simpler laboratory analysis experience with higher reliability can now find what they are seeking only through W.S. Tyler.

The most used analysis sieving machine brand worldwide, Hosokawa Alpine has become the trusted name when it comes to determining the particle size distribution of dry powders. In fact, the company’s machines have been mandated by numerous national and international standards for the testing of certain products. Now the company is setting the next generation standard in terms of functionality and quality with the introduction of the ALPINE e200LS Air Jet Sieving System. Designed specifically for pharmaceutical applications by way of its Ultimate Software Package, the ALPINE e200LS is available in North America exclusively through distributor W.S. Tyler.

What differentiates the e200LS ALPINE model from previous Hosokawa offerings is the integration of a mini-computer into its design. Ergonomically designed, the machine incorporates a user interface touch screen for simple and intuitive operation. It also features RFID chip sieve recognition and audit trail security.

Thanks to all these built-in functionalities, the ALPINE e200LS Air Jet Sieving System affords the operator optimized sieving times and reduced peripherals. In addition, it offers higher-quality results as a byproduct of its automatic checks and default settings. What’s more, the collected sieving data is compliant to FDA21 CFR PART II.

“Given Hosokawa Alpine’s longstanding reputation in the laboratory analysis sieving industry, they had their pick of North American distributors for their latest offering,” explains W.S. Tyler spokesperson Bill Lucas. “We’re thrilled that they ultimately selected us as their exclusive ALPINE e200LS Air Jet Sieving System distributor. We look forward to combining our 140-year tradition in the woven wire mesh industry with Hosokawa’s half-century in air jet sieves to provide the pharmaceutical industry with unparalleled functionality, reliability and personalized service.”
