Chicago Real Estate Firm @properties Named to Inc. 5000 List for Seventh Time
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) August 22, 2013 -- Chicago real estate firm @properties has been named to Inc. magazine’s Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies for the seventh time in eight years. @properties first appeared on the list in 2006, ranking as high as 341.
For 2013 @properties was one of 96 real estate firms in the Inc. 5000 and one of only six from Illinois. It was the only residential broker from Illinois to make the list. The firm posted three-year revenue growth of 111 percent and had the 6th highest revenue of real estate companies on the list.
Through the second quarter of 2013, @properties held its position as the No. 1 real estate broker in the city of Chicago with 15.46 percent market share. The company also remained the second largest and fastest-growing brokerage firm in Chicago’s North Shore suburbs. Most recently, @properties claimed the title of the largest independent real estate firm in Illinois for the first time in the company’s 13-year history. The firm had sales of $3.2 billion in 2012, its highest sales volume in company history.
