When you combine the engineering of the machine with the hand crafted touch we finish each product off with, you’re getting a dental restoration that is going to look and feel extremely natural.

Milled Innovations has launched a new website making precision dental restoration information and services easy accessible to dentists in Florida, Louisiana, Georgia, and the rest of the South. Milled Innovations has two goals for the new site. The first is to give dentists without milling capabilities the right educational material to make decisions for their patients. The second goal is to provide dentists with an alternative to corporate milling centers, by offering online services for a dental laboratory featuring the latest technology at a competitive price.
The site will feature products made from zirconia, titanium, CrCo, and PMMA/Wax materials.
Products include zirconia full contour and temporary crowns, implants, titanium implants, bars, and abutments, CrCo and wax copings, fixed bridges, and inlays and onlays. Milled Innovations utilizes an open CAD/CAM system combined with the German engineering of the Datron D5 dental milling machine to create custom orders. The new site will help dentists get a visual on what exactly they are ordering and which material will bring the best fit, feel, and function for each individual patient. Dentists will be able to send their cases and pictures in online, send messages, and enter and track cases.
“We are extremely excited to introduce the Datron D5 to dentists in Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, and the rest of the South that are looking for a quality dental mill,” said Milled Innovations technician, Kevin Hester. “The Datron D5 takes German efficiency and engineering to a whole new level. We are able to create crowns, bars, abutments, and other milled items so precise now and with exact specifications. When you combine the engineering of the machine with the hand crafted touch we finish each product off with, you’re getting a dental restoration that is going to look and feel extremely natural.”
With the ability to take orders online through the new website, Milled Innovations anticipates better communication channels with dentists, and faster turn-around times for dentists receiving their dental restorations.
“The idea is to make this not just a regional business for dentists needing dental milling in Mississippi, Georgia, and the rest of the South,” said Hester. “Really we want to make quality Milled Innovations dental restorations available for patients all over the country. We feel like the best way we can do that is to become accessible through the web, and this new website is the first step in that direction.”
