Greenberg Traurig Maher Advises Edwina Dunn and Clive Humby On Joining Starcount
London (PRWEB) August 23, 2013 -- International law firm Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP (GTM) advised husband and wife team Edwina Dunn and Clive Humby on the sale of their H&D Ventures business to Starcount, a social network analytics firm, for a 25 per cent stake in Starcount.
The couple will be joining the board and leading a new analytics division at Starcount.
“We are proud to have efficiently and effectively assisted Clive and Edwina on this next step forward in their notable career in consumer analytics,” said Paul Maher, Chairman of Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP.
The GTM team was led by Maher and Shareholder Kate Eades, along with the support of anti-trust Shareholder Stephen Tupper and Corporate Associate David Naser with trainee Karoline Tauschke.
Dunn and Humby have long been active professionals in improving the way companies attract customers. In 2006, they sold their dunnhumby business to supermarket giant, Tesco, having helped to expand Tesco's dominance through their Clubcard loyalty programme.
