Wake Forest & Rolesville, NC (PRWEB) August 23, 2013 -- Recent reports show a sharp increase in Rolesville housing permit requests for the first six months of 2013 – 195% over the same time period in 2012. According to the July 2013 Wake County Building Permit Report from the Home Builders Association of Raleigh - Wake County, Rolesville processed 165 permit requests from January through June of 2013 compared to 56 during the same time frame in 2012.
This growth is largely due to the addition of four Heritage new home neighborhoods in Rolesville, NC, which account for 42% of the permits. Ammons Development, the company behind the successful master planned golf community, has received 70 permits in the Way, Gates, Cornerstone and Woodlands neighborhoods.
“The town of Rolesville offers an exceptional quality of life for Heritage residents,” says Andy Ammons, president, Ammons Development. “We are excited about expanding into Rolesville because of the many amenities town leaders are building, such as new schools, parks and greenways. All of these assets contribute to growth and development in the town. We value our partnership and look forward to continuing our support and collaboration.”
“As one of the fastest growing Wake County towns, Rolesville is excited about today and tomorrow,” says Mayor Frank Eagles. “Our success is due to the combination of a small town with the amenities of a much larger one. Expansion of communities, like Heritage, into our town align with our high standards of quality development. We are growing together in a partnership that benefits Heritage and Rolesville residents alike.”
