The Global Strategic Management Institute announces Erika McBride, Risk Analytics Manager, Paychex will be presenting at the Business Analytics Strategies Summit (BASS) at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida.

McBride will be presenting on September 18th on the topic of “Using Data to Target the Right Market for the Right Sale at Paychex.” In her session, McBride will discuss how to identify clients most receptive to your products, sharpen competitive edge by applying the appropriate campaign, use data to identify areas for emerging markets and optimize resource allocation in the field.

Aligned within the Risk Management team, McBride oversees a team of data-mining and predictive modeling experts, while also facilitating cross-functional, objective teams of peers to assess risk throughout the company, resulting in millions of dollars contributed to the bottom line. She joined Paychex in 1997 as an Accountant, and worked her way through the ranks in various leadership capacities in financial and risk management roles. Prior to Paychex, McBride was a staff auditor with a regional public accounting firm, as well as a member of a regional HMO Finance team.

Erika is a five-time presenter and panelist at Treasury and Risk’s Alexander Hamilton best practices summit, a presenter at the 2011 Risk and Insurance Management Society Conference and Exhibition, as well as a presenter at the 2011 and 2012 PAW Conferences in New York and Dusseldorf.

The Business Analytics Strategies Summit, will provide attendees with knowledge on how to use data to improve a company’s effectiveness and competitive positioning and more importantly how company leaders can create and sustain an analytics vision.
