TeamVisibility, a sales coaching automation platform, has selected Gary Milwit as a Sales Coaching Partner, based on his leadership and success as a sales coach at Stone Street Capital, where he serves as SVP of Sales. Milwit will also be a guest speaker at a webinar TeamVisibility is hosting with Blue Pacific Sales Training on Thursday, August 29th.

Milwit credits his success as a sales leader to his background in athletic coaching: “As a high school football coach, I had to know how to motivate each kid on my team. Each one was different. Now as a sales coach, I have to do the same thing. It’s all about establishing trust, knowing your team, and leading by example.”

As SVP of Sales at Stone Street capital, Milwit implements a rigorous sales coaching program that focuses on helping sales reps achieve their full potential and teaching sales managers the principles of effective leadership. Milwit explains, “The best sales managers must understand the five roles of a sales leader – a manager, a mentor, a counselor, a trainer, and a coach – and know when to embody each role.” Milwit’s coaching regimen emphasizes that sales managers must work individually with each rep to develop a customized improvement plan.
